All in-person tickets include an invitation to the Welcome Reception on November 17 as well as full Summit access on November 18, including breakfast and lunch.

Will the event be recorded?
Yes. Recordings will be posted on the Aspen Institute YouTube channel after the event.

How can I get to the REACH?
Venue: The REACH at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
Address: 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566
The REACH is on the main Kennedy Center campus (see map below). It is accessible by Metro, bus, taxi/rideshare, and car.

Public Transportation​

​Metro: Take Blue/Orange/Silver to Foggy Bottom–GWU. It’s a 0.4-mile walk via New Hampshire Ave.

Free Shuttle: Starting at 9:45 AM, a free Kennedy Center shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Foggy Bottom–GWU and the Kennedy Center (until midnight). As you exit the escalator, look left for “Free Kennedy Center Shuttle” signs.

Shuttle pickup is located at the corner of 23rd and I Streets NW. The shuttle is a red minibus with “Kennedy Center” on the side.

Metrobus: Routes 43 and 44 from Mt. Pleasant stop across from the Kennedy Center.
Rideshare, Driving, and Parking

Drop-off: Rideshare and taxis may drop off at The REACH entrance.

Parking: $25/day on site ($22 if reserved in advance). We recommend Garage A, which connects directly to The REACH.​

Security & Arrival
To help everyone arrive smoothly and on time:

Arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow for security screening.

All guests must present a valid photo ID.

Bag checks are required upon entry.

Please avoid bringing oversized items; large bags must be checked at coat check.

Prohibited items are subject to Kennedy Center policies and security staff discretion.​
Will a coat check be available?
Yes. A staff coat check will be available all day. Oversized bags must be checked.
Will there be spaces available for me to work?
We’ll have secure on-site Wi-Fi and plenty of places to mingle and work, including the PwC Lounge. We’re not able to provide private rooms for individual calls.
