Jessica Walton is U.S. Regional Director at Protect.ngo Foundation and Co-Chair of the Cyber Resilience Corps, a national coalition of cyber volunteer groups working to unify and strengthen digital resilience efforts across the United States. A U.S. Navy veteran, she brings over a decade of experience from U.S. government roles in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and cyber threat intelligence, where she developed a deep understanding of the evolving threat landscape facing communities, institutions, and infrastructure. At Protect.ngo, Jessica has focused on digital capacity building for vulnerable communities, working to ensure that under-resourced organizations and populations are not left behind in an increasingly complex cyber landscape. She regularly engages with government agencies, civil society organizations, and international partners to advance responsible technology, cyber resilience, and community protection. Her work bridges policy, partnership development, and grassroots implementation, with a focus on building sustainable, cross-sector approaches to digital safety. Jessica holds an MA in International Affairs from American University in Washington, D.C.
