JASON KWON

Jason Kwon is Chief Strategy Officer at OpenAI, where he oversees the company’s policy, legal, risk, social impact research, international, marketing, and communications work. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning technology, law, and strategy, with prior experience as general counsel of Y Combinator Continuity, assistant general counsel at Khosla Ventures, and an associate attorney at Goodwin. Earlier in his career, Jason worked as a software engineer and product manager. He holds a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
