All in-person attendees will have access to the public breakfast, roundtable lunch discussions, and access to all main stage programming.

Who qualifies for “Civil Society” admission?

Civil Society admission is meant for individuals working in nonprofit organizations, NGOs, think tanks, or advocacy groups.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes, the event will be recorded and posted on the Aspen Institute YouTube page.

I can't find a receipt for my payment. How can I request one?

If you have already registered, email aspendigital@aspeninstitute.org with the name on your registration and we can send you a copy of your receipt.

Can I cancel my in-person registration?

Cancelations on or before August 28, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. To cancel your registration, email us at aspendigital@aspeninstitute.org.

You can cancel your virtual registration at anytime through Zoom.

I need to update the information submitted in my registration. Who should I contact?

Registration update requests should be sent to aspendigital@aspeninstitute.org.
