VICTOR CORDON

Victor Cordon is the Director of Social Impact at Okta, where he leads global employee impact, community partnerships, and strategic philanthropy work. He has nearly 15 years of experience working across the social sector in fundraising, partnerships, employee engagement, and philanthropy roles. Prior to Okta, Victor led grantmaking and employee engagement at CSAA Insurance Group (AAA), managed corporate partnerships for the American Red Cross, and supported fundraising and events at Samasource. He is Chair of the Board of Directors at CounterPulse, previously chaired the Corporate Community Relations Consortium, and served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter and the Member Engagement Committee of Northern California Grantmakers. He holds a BA from UCLA.
