CHRISTIAN BECKNER

Christian Beckner is Vice President for Retail Technology & Cybersecurity at the National Retail Federation and also Executive Director of NRF's Center for Digital Risk and Innovation. At NRF he works with policy and industry stakeholders on critical technology issues that affect the retail sector, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and fraud prevention, and leads NRF's committees for retail CIOs, CTOs and CISOs. His experience prior to joining NRF includes roles at the Center for Cyber & Homeland Security at the George Washington University, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, IBM, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
