JAY HEALEY

Jason Healey is a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University specializing in cyber risk and conflict. He was the founding director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council and has worked on cybersecurity policy at the White House and for Goldman Sachs. He has a background in intelligence, having served in the US Air Force and worked at the Pentagon and NSA.
